Welcome!
I am a fifth-year Ph.D. candidate in Management Science and Operations at London Business School, where I am fortunate to be co-advised by Prof. Jérémie Gallien and Prof. Qi (George) Chen.
My research develops operational policies that improve fairness and efficiency in maternal and perinatal care delivery. It combines optimization, queueing theory, and statistical modeling, with applications across both low- and high-income health systems. My work includes assignment guidelines for maternity waiting homes in rural Liberia, scheduling rules for elective Caesarean sections in the UK National Health Service (NHS), and deployment plans for portable AI ultrasound in rural Kenya.
Field engagement is central to how I work. I collaborate closely with Liberia’s Ministry of Health and clinical partners in the NHS. I bridge rigorous models and field implementation, combining theory and data to develop tools that are used in practice by our field partners.
Prior to joining LBS, I received my B.S. in Information Management and Information Systems from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2021.
